Winter downturn less deep than feared - expectations for a spring of stability.

The latest Printing Outlook, published by the BPIF, shows that nearly half of participating firms (47%) reported stable trading conditions in the winter period. 16% saw an improvement whilst 37% reporting a weakening in the state of trade.
