This report summarises the findings of the BPIF Salary survey for the UK.  It is based on annual salaries paid within the period from July 2007 to June 2008.  It contains all the data and information published separately in the overview and individual occupation reports.

It is a reference document, which should assist companies in making key decisions on a wide range of issues, including staff motivation and performance, cost control, flexible reward systems and the maintenance of a fair and non-discriminatory pay structure.
